Non-compliance occupational health and safety situation

I inhaled dust and high noise pollution which increased my headache as I was at the pharmacy in need of medication. There is no signage of construction works and no precautionary measures taken into account during the construction in the store. The store manager and her assistance Mr. E Kotze were of no assistance to my concern. They indicated that Dis-Chem Head Office gave a go ahead to the contractor to do as they please even during peak hours of trading for the store.
