No Vitality health results from Dis-Chem Jean avenue

I went for a Vitality Health Check on 9 June 2021 at 11h30 by appointment at the Jean Avenue Centurion branch. To this day I have not received the results, nor has my Vitality points been updated [My wife went for a similar test and received her results the same day]. I have written 2 emails to them but have not received any replies. My wife, that shops there weekly, went to see them, but got the run around at reception. This is poor performance from Dis-Chem.
