No ventilation

Visited dis-chem mossel bay in Heiderand Mall and was very uncomfortable with the heat in that shop no aircon was working, there was no ventilation nothing my mother that's very old almost felt like getting a heat stroke as she is very sensitive to such matters but we had to get her tablets at the pharmacy so we had no option but to wait in that heat I wonder how the staff members are handling working in such conditions.
