No Updates on solving a simple query

Logged a call with Careline@dischem on 25 August. Just to remove one profile and update my other profile. After many emails and phonecalls nobody gives me an update. Maybe they have not had a query like this before? Furthermore? I also cannot delete my account on their APP and as far as I am aware this is in breach of the Google Policies. It is frustrating as I cannot use my points, I cannot do anything on their app and it is shocking to see the type of service after being a client for years and build up quite a big Dischem Cashback.
