No to EBucks

I bought some multivitamins and payed for it with my debit card, and gave the cashier my FNB Ebucks card to swipe. Then I initiated a second transaction to buy on my credit card a bottle of very expensive perfume for my fiance. I asked the cashier to place it on the budget for 12 months which she did. I again presented my Ebucks card to be swiped to earn ebucks on this expensive item. The cashier refused to swipe the card and did not have enough command of the English language to explain to me why. She called her supervisor over, and they proceeded to speak in some African language. Then the supervisor turned to me and just said \Sorry". I asked whats wrong ? Same reply \""Sorry\"". So not only did Dis-chem Kolonade cheat me out of a lot of extra ebucks they also seem to employ personnel that do not speak English"
