No staff to assistance at clinic

We went to visit the clinic at Greystone crossing to get my boy's vaccinations. We always use the clinic there. Today 2/12/2023 we went again, to find no one at the clinic and no one assisting us. The staff just passed us, no one assisted. We waiting a while, then I asked one of the staff behind the medicine counter where is the nurse?she said to me that the nurse is in the bathroom and that she is coming. We waited again. After a while I asked another employee to call the nurse so that she can assist us. She went to look for her and came back to me and said the clinical nurse is on tea break and she doesnt know for how long. So we decided to leave. This is very very bad service from Dischem. How can a clinical nurse deside that her tea break is much more important that assisting customers?? This was a little just after 10 am. Dischem needs to have staff on duty and able to assist customers at all time. Very bad service and im def not keeping quiet amongst other people who want to visit the clinic at Dischem Greystone, Rustenburg.
