NO SHOPPING POSSIBLE !!!!!!!

Hi Dischem,..... I am at my wits end and really dont know what to do anymore. Your online shopping website is A MESS. Wrong pictures are loaded against wrong products, upon selection. Certain other items, simply does not want to pull into the shopping cart at all. I have now tried MULTIPLE TIMES, OVER MULTIPLE months now to escalate this via your customer care *** and ***, with NO SUCCESS. This is completely preventing me from making a successful purpose online ,..... AS I CANNOT SELECT THE ITEMS I WANT?
