No service from Dischem, just lies and rudeness

Medication was dispensed incorrectly. For the past 3 days I have been phoning to get this resolved. First 2 times Natasha told me she would get the pharmacy ( Dainfern) to call me. This has not happened. Today I spoke to Louise. She was not interested, and when I asked for her manager, she put the phone down in my ear. When I called back she had the audacity to accuse me of being rude!
