no service from Dis Chem

I am in search of a hand held infra red forehead thermometer. Dis Chem advertise it on their website. I spent a number of days trying to find out which branch had stock. None of the branches answer their phones so i eventually had to go to DisChem in Benmore. The staff were rude and disinterested, and could not tell me when they would have stock. There is no telephone number at the DisChem head office, so last Wednesday I sent an email to their head office. I still have not had the courtesy of a reply. Having seen the CEO of DisChem being interviewed regarding price increases on PPE that are totally out of line i am not surprised at the lack of communication from the company.
