No service at Dis Chem President Square, Krugersdorp

Ridiculous! I made an appointment 2 days ago for my 3rd jab. Choosen time 14:00. Received a reminder. I'm here at 14:00 and still waiting. It is now 14:37. Just been told the nurse is on lunch and will be another 10 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment if the staff goes on lunch at that time. Bad! Bad! Bad! Service Dis-chem. Or should I say no service at all. Luckily there are lots of social media platforms to advertise bad service on.
