No refund/ Very Poor customer service

On 25/12/23, I purchased an Aromatics ladies gift set. I then got a missed call from Dischem Meadowdale yesterday 28/12/23 which I returned their call. The lady called Faith told me that the order is cancelled & the refund has been initiated due to no stock available. Today, 29/12/23 I got sms that they have 25% promo on fragrances, I then called the store again to ask about my refund which is not reflecting on the store credit. I asked the same lady, Faith where is the funds refunded to cause they didn't confirm bank details? she said by default, the refund appear immediately as store credit when the order is cancelled. I then asked, why is the same fragrance/ gift set still showing & allowing me to purchase whereas they said there's no stock. She said they have stores with stock but can't deliver, they use different warehouse. I asked for her manager & she said the manager took my no. he/she will call me back but no luck!!! I didn't get the call. Why should I, the customer suffer due to internal issues?? Now I don't have the perfume & the money. Buying from Dischem online is a real pain & after this, I don't see myself ordering again.
