No refund after double paying medicine!!!!

Last week i bought self medication at Dischem Middelburg Mall, the clerk told me my medical aid did not want to pay for the medicine, so i told her its fine i will pay cash. After paying and leaving the store i got the claim from my medical aid that did pay for the medicine. I went back for refund and then they told me they will give my query to ghe relevant department. A week later, and lots of emails to head office as well, no resolve... they keep on telling me they gave it to the relevant department.. no refund on money nor refund back into my day to dag benefits....
