No refund after cash payment

16 November my mother was attended by casualty Dr at The bay hospital. Dischem medical insurance started by refusing to pay. I than had to make cash payment for the x rays. Later on the day they agreed to pay the casualty including x-ray. I have app**** for refund mid November I have filled in refund form and attached all receipts and invoices including ICD10 codes as required. Until today no refund they kept on requesting same documents no help. I am angry because they also refused to pay for admission on the day. My mother was chased out of hospital around 8pm. Kele rejected everything on this day as from 1 Pm the hospital was trying to communicate with them but no luck
