No receipt, No exchange

I have been a loyal Dischem customer for many years and even collect my chronic meds at Dischem.

So, I had a request to change some items which might have been purchased a while ago and could not do so because I did not have a receipt.

Firstly, a Nivea body was which was purchased like 2 months ago and linked to my Dischem benefit card, I was told cannot find the purchase, how strange???

Secondly, a DQUIP pedi set, might have been purchase a long while back, still in original packaging and intact but again, told cannot find the purchase on the Dischem card to trace the receipt.

Lastly, a Braun Oral B kids Electric Toothbrush (this was purchased a while ago to) but if you check the history around this brush, it was exhcanged a few times and the last time we exchanged it, we did not open it and now I want to return it or rather get a credit for it to use at Dischem, again I am told, there is no proof of the purchase on my Dischem card, which I beg to differ, Dischem, please trace back the complaints regarind the Braun Oral B Toothbrushes - I have a history with the toothbrush.

Nevertheless, that being said, I think the pedi set I bought at Dischem Ballito for my wife a while back. The Nivea body wash, I am shocked, it was bought like 2 months (around father days or before) and its not reflecting on my Dischem card or that of my wife which is linked and the Electric Toothbrush was a purchase a while ago but should still be traceable on the card and anyway, the reason as well why it will reflect as old purchase, is that each time in the last 2 events, the brush was merelty swapped and we were not allowed to repurchase them which would have validated a warranty.

As a regular Dischem shopper, who collects chronic meds and uses Dischem, I am merely appealing for a discretionary decision to be made for the 3 products to be exchanged / credited so I can use that credit to purchase at Dischem, help me in this please?
