No phone CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dischem is an excellent store but there is absolutely no service on the 'Customer care line'. Phone that number as many times as you want and nobody answers. What a waste of 10 mins for every try waiting for that stupid music to end.....but it doesn't. There is no customer phone service!...
