No meds/other people sign for it

Good Day people. Dischem direct - Allowing other people to sign for your medication called "Nancy" in my case and no chronic medication left. So I have paid for that medication and not recieved. I am not happy whatsoever. Please help me in this situation is it just me. The call centre keeps saying they will call me back to no available. I am getting slightly annoyed. Please some advice
