No help getting a prodcut

i am desperately trying to get a specific hair colour that i need because it is PPD free and i am allergic to PPD...unfortunately only Dischem stores sell this product, called Natur Vital. so far i have visited 3 different stores and cannot find the product in the black colour i need, so i sent 2 online queries (because the first time no one got back to me, and still no one has ), i called the careline and was put on hold forever until i finally cut the call, went to a store again and spoke to the customer care person to ask them if they can order it for me...she then said it shows they have one in the black colour in store, only to find they do not. so she called Mall of the South branch to ask if they have it, they said they have 2 in stock (shows on the system). i called them to say pls keep it aside for me and i will pick it up, then was told oh sorry it they actually don't have it in stock even though it shows on the system. so now that's 2 stores that show it's in stock but in reality it's not there. a lady from Mall of the South dischem then found out that Southgate has the specific item i need and i said i cannot go there to pick it up, will they be able to organise it being sent to their mall instead...i am still waiting to hear from her about this. infact, i won't hold my breath. so far no one has really helped me to get this product that i desperately need ....i am very disappointed cos i shop alot at Dischem and i am a loyal customer, but this is really upsetting to me
