No help

I bought Avent baby **** sometime last year and put them away, now that I want to replace the old ones I actually realised they leaking and don't look the same to the old ones that are on the bottles. I went to the same Dischem shop to seek help because I don't have a receipt nor do I remember if I had swiped my Dischem card<br> I went to customer service and they asked for my Dischem card to trace the purchase and they could not find it, then they saying they can't help me...<br> What must I do with these leaking stuff 'cause I need to replace the toren ones on my baby's bottles and these people aren't willing to help me..<br> I was not saying I want my money, I just simply wanted to take the correct ones and the wrong one's I took are a bit higher in terms of price.<br> <br> I ended up leaving the same **** I don't want at customer service and having to buy again the correct ones from the store.<br> <br> Utterly disappointed because I needed help from the same people I have brought a sale to but they have taken my money and that was the only thing they've won on and the product didn't give me what I wanted<br> No TCF
