No further information on application for benefit

Hi, I have app**** twice now for a Dis-chem benefit card online, though I have not received any information or feedback on whether this application has been completed or when the ETA would be for myself to fetch the card.<br> <br> I find this very disappointing to not even receive some form of communciatin to indicate a status of where this is.<br> <br> Please can this be sorted out as soon as possible as I currently am loosing out on my Discovery benefits due to this.<br> <br> Regards<br> Sean
