No feedback on question

I've recently put the Dis-Chem app on my phone and could now see how much "cashback" I had. I've never received any communication about this before. And I haven't ever used it. So I emailed Dis-Chem to find out how I go about using this 'cashback' on my card. I'm use to Clicks that asks you if you want to use your "cashback". It's been a week, and still no response. Very disappointed because their pricing is so good and their Essence range is extensive.
