No entry into store with a face shield so why sell it at your store

Rosebank discham sells face shields but won't allow somone that's wearing it to enter their store as they only allow masks. Rediculous and the call center when repored says that it's there rule. SO DON'T SELL IT IF WE CANT WEAR IT IN YOUR STORE.
