No Delivery or Communication!

I have been awaiting an online order, the delivery was scheduled and it never arrived. It has been 4 days since the scheduled date and no communication from Dis-chem or the courier. After checking the tracking I discovered the truck was hijacked hence my delivery didn’t arrive after already waiting for nearly 10 days. No one has contacted me from the courier or Dischem to inform me! Firstly, Dischem has the longest online delivery time and secondly it’s evident Dischem doesn’t know if a parcel is received. Would never recommend online shopping with Dischem, you wait nearly two weeks and still don’t get a communication when your parcel hasn’t arrived! I have even contacted the Careline with no response! Never again, choose Clicks or go to an actual store because evidently online isn’t a strong point in the business.
