No delivery of online items, TAT not correct misleading

Your website says 3-5 days for delivery and I have not received the order as yet. since the 20th of July Today I called for the umpteenth time, and hey as you can see from the time on the email, I have not received the Order as yet. So is this a norm, this is my first time ordering with Dischem, I had an episode and left Click’s and tried you guys, and well, here I am, sending an email for the first time to follow up on an order. Whhooooo aaayyy ni..ya…ci…ka
