No Delivery as of Business Day 6 - Although Claim to deliver within 3-5 Business Days.

Good Day, I had placed an order on the 3rd February 2018. 6 Business days later i still have no parcel. Your claim to client satisfaction is failing. I called into your client helpline on ***on the 12.02.2018 and the consultant advised i should receive my parcel on same day, a consultant who had not the decency to apologize (disgusting customer service). I tried calling you client helpline today on ***and each time an automated greeting advised your operating hours is from 8:00am to 16:30pm and then the call cuts - i tried calling at 10:00am (pathetic). I do hope the CEO or Directors of the company is made aware of this poor service.
