No Customer Service - Looks are more IMPORTANT

On Saturday, 07 February 2015, my mom and I went to buy some face products at Dischem Wonderboom, now keep in mind, we buy all our cosmetics, medicine ect. at Dischem. As we walked in, not very busy for a Saturday, and NO there was NO LOADSHEDDING, we continue to the shelve where the product that we always buy is located. My mom found the face cream but no face wash, she queried at the cashier at the cosmetics area and was referred to a blond lady in the cosmetics area (dont know the name), my mom approached her to ask for the face wash, the girl was SO UNFRIEDNLY, so much make up on you will have to literally sc**** it off, she had an attitude of \DO I REALLY HAVE TO""; there seem to be a problem with the computer; at the same counter; at the other computer the SO CALLED FLOOR MANAGER and another UNFRIENDLY over make-up girl is standing chatting and flirting up a storm; not assisting the other cashier at all;i approach them to ask for assistance and get BAD ATTITUDE back.
