Goodday, On 9/1/2020 we purchased items to the value of R1493-45. This transaction had to be repeated a second time due to small items being omitted from the original purchase. When the purchase was processed a second time the Assistant "forgot" to request the DisChem & EBucks cards. Approached the help desk at DisChem, CapeGate the following date, provided a copy of the till slip, together with copies of the DisChem & EBucks cards and was assured that the points would be loaded by the following week. Today we made purchases at DisChem Durbanville and were advised that we only had R32-00 credit. Obviously the kick-back on the purchases of the 9/1/2020 were not loaded as promised.
