No contact for Covid results

I went for a test at there drive through covid clinic on Thursday Morning, they told me 3 to 5 days then I will have my results. They also said, should I want to follow up I can send a mail to ***, I send a mail on Sunday and again yesterday but they do not even care to reply. I then contacted their call centre, waited 15min for them to pick up the phone only to be told to send a mail to ***, I then explained that that is the reason I am phoning them, they then transfered the call before cutting me off!!!! Like all big companies, they actually give a ****!
