No consideration!!! Poor Service!!!

After taking the time to schedule an appointment for my baby's immunisation several months ago, I received a cancellation without anyone phoning to reschedule. I then went on to schedule an appointment online using their portal. I contacted the branch on the day of the online booking and they told me that they gave away my appointment.

After scheduling twice, moving my work schedule and organising the creche for my daughter to be able to go, they just say I must reschedule. This service is so lacklustre without any consideration or empathy.
