No change at tills and bad attitude

<p>Went to the Benmore Gardens store today at about noon. Bought some stuff and tendered a R50 note. Cashier started asking around for change as she had none. I said I will then go to the cashier next to her who was open. This lady said she had no change either. They started looking for a supervisor and in the meantime a customer on an adjacent till came up with R50 change. The two cashiers I dealt with were like dead wood. I then asked to see the manager. Not much difference. He was the assistant manager Cal?cas . Told him the problem, his reply was can he get me change. I said I wanted to know why the cashiers dont have change. He said maybe they had not gone to Nedbank or something to that effect and was not apologetic or concerned at all. This is the second time since my last visit about 2 weeks ago. So your admin system doesnt work or you have staff who are not doing their job. Also your staff need some training on their customer s****s.</p>
