No care attitude, I will do as I please, not even scared of my bosses

i was in Blubird shopping yesterday 21/02/2018, Aki Antonio walked passed me with his ear glued to a cell phone, after catching my eye and seeing I needed help, I was ignored. On asking him why he had rudely ignored me as a customer and did not bother to greet or even acknowledge me, his response was that he does not care, and proceeded to talk and laugh on his cell phone. After i had finished my purchases, invoice i do have, i went into his office to query why i was so rudely ignored, and was told again that he does care, and when I told him i would have to report the incident, he said again that he does nor care, and they can do as they wish. His attitude was a middle finger to me and his bosses, i feel hurt and despondent by this mans actions, and will be following this up on other sites, till there is an honest response to his actions to me as a voluntary customer in that store. On discussion with other staff in the store about the incident, i was told that he is a major problem for them and the reason that causes there unhappiness. I hope your response about him, will somehow remove my doubt about your wish for happy customers, and to stop me from taking it all much further.
