No care

I bought OTC medication at Mall of africa yesterday and when I got home the medication was not in order.

I went to Dischem chilli on top and I got the most appalling service ever, the pharmacist said she could not help me and called her manager. The manager Elana Vermeulen came to the counter and did not even greet, the first thing she said to me was did I leave the lid open or in a moist place? She won’t be able to exchange it and I would need to go to Mall of Africa, I told her that am not feeling well and there must be something she can do, she said no. No care whatsoever

I asked to speak to her manager Jabir Patel she said he won’t even be interested in speaking to me and she said she will call anyway, I waited for over 20 minutes only to find out she was continuing with her day.

There was no customer service from both managers, I was treated like I did not pay the medication. I had to leave because I needed to fetch my son from school. I asked for her full names and I said I am going to report her and she smiled and said SURE!
