No birthday facial for 2 years on a row

<p>I have always enjoyed going for the birthday facial each year and I always added extras to make it extra special. But for the last 2 years I haven't received an sms saying I can go claim it. I went to my nearest Dis-chem and asked what is going on. The lady swiped my card and said only head office can help me. Why she couldn't help me right at the moment, is also something I would like to know.</p>
