I recently used your online store to buy a few things.

I received a SMS just now that some items are not available and a refund will be processed.

Maybe I don’t know how online shopping works, but if I can’t find it in store, I usually go online as online stores work directly from the factory or distribution site.

I just used the online shopping experience because it is convenient if you don’t find it in the shop.

It seems with Dis-Chem they just use a random store.

The item that I wanted is the only thing why I bought the other things online. Needless to say, I will be going back to other stores that go out of the way to help you get what you wanted to buy.
