No assistance with processing items through medical aid

I have been trying for 9 weeks to get baby related items processed through my medical aid at various dischem stores with no luck. Each store has a different reason and requires different information or does not have stock and cannot tell me if any other branches do.

I would like assistance with processing these items and would like to know which store will be able to assist. The Nappi codes are: ********** 01, ********** 01, ********** 01, ********** 01, ********** 01.
