NEVER USE DIS CHEM ONLINE!!!

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service department of Dischem Online I ordered and paid for my full order almost 4 weeks ago. Only partial stock arrived, of which 2 of the items did not I have sent 5 emails to the online team, of which I have received NO FEEDBACK! I have called the online team 4 times and everytime they say they are going to call me back and not once have I received a call from them There has only been one very kind gentleman from the Nicolway warehouse who has bothered to call me everyday, but with no concrete feedback - I must commend his service delivery The products I did not receive are formula for my baby girl, of which I tightly budgeted for been a single mom. I have now had to purchase additional formula, which I cannot really afford I hate going to social media, but I don't know how else to get a response!!!!
