Never trust dischem online

On the 23rd I ordered glucose test strips from the dischem 60 minutes app to be delivered the next day and then the next morning after I canceled the order because they had shopped stuff I did not ask for. But not only that they also delivered to the wrong address and so we scheduled a return which was collected successfully but now since the 24th I've not gotten my refund back from dischem atholl Oaklands and when we call I get given excuses and so much attitude and entitlement from the head office receptionist. These people have no customer service
