Never shopping at Dis-chem again 😡😡

My daughter bought items at Dischem Cavendish totalling to the amount of R2189.62. Items were not put into her shopping bags .These items, when tal**** up came to R1195.58 and all these items were cosmetics.This is not the first time items were not placed in our bags after purchasing. We went to Dischem Cavs, they made a copy of the slip.We were told they would pull up camera footage and contact us the next day which did not happen. We called back today and were finally put through to a manager who said quote" it's quite strange that so many items were not placed in your packets" making us feel as if we were ***** and *******.ol Once again said he was going to pull the footage and investigate. Please note that footage could be tampered with at any time to suit the outcomes of the company. My daughter suffers from anxiety and depression and this has expounded her condition. While we shop for essentials at Dischem monthly tallying over R2000 every month, I'm appalled and disgusted at how this matter has been passed from pillar to post. Please help settle this grievance, she just want to be refunded for the items she paid for and were not put in her basket.We will no longer shop at Dischem nor will any of our family members or friends and we feel a breach of trust with this company.
