Never going to purchase from Dischem online again

As an ABSA Rewards menber, I was surprised to find out that I did not reveive any rewards my Dischem online click and collect purchase. When I called ABSA Rewards they said that the problem is on Dischem side. Dischem customer care confirmed this as being true. Why can't I get my rewards for the purchase even if it has to be done manually. Shame on you Dischem, online purchasing should be encouraged especially beacuse of the convenience and Covid safety it provides.
