Never felt so embarrassed.

Yesterday I booked online to get a rapid COVID test. I was told to go to Woodlands between 09:00 and 10:00. I got there at 09:00 and waited in queue for 20 minutes only to be told that all tests are cancelled and I must take my booking number to Olympus and they will help me. I get to Olympus and stand in queue for another 20 minutes only to be told that I can't be there. I have to book again. I then decided to go to another smaller franchise who took me as a walk in and was super friendly. Unfortunately I tested positive for COVID. I went to my doctor and got my script and then went to Dischem Castle gate. Upon giving my script to the pharmacist I got a look of shock and horror from her. I was told to leave the store and wait outside. About 30 minutes later someone came with a card machine and gave me my script. Now tonight I get a sms saying that I missed my appointment. Really guys. You won't see me or my money again. PS. I have 2 small children. Where do you think I bought all thier supplies. Not anymore.
