Never again will I go back!

Over the weekend, my 8 month pregnant wife, my 2.5 year old son and myself took a trip to Dis-Chem East Rand Mall to do some much needed shopping for our soon to be here baby girl.<br> <br> We managed to purchase well over R2000 worth of formula, nappies, soaps etc, which was a rather pleasant experience, but once the money was paid, so our troubles began!<br> <br> Obviously with my wife in the shape she is in, and my little son behaving like most 2 and a half year olds do, we required a trolley. No problem in the store. But the moment we left the store, I was accosted by two security guards, and simply told I cannot use the trolley any longer! now I am sorry, how do you expect me to get the goods to my car? However, I understand that people may be *****ing trolley's, so I said to the security guard to come with me. He's simple answer - NO! The manager insists I stand here and I will not let you leave with the trolley!<br> <br> What sort of service are you as a company trying to offer? Come in, buy to your hearts content, leave, and we couldn't care less about you!!! No man, not acceptable. We spend a fortune with Dis-Chem, surely your customers are allowed to use trolleys to their cars?
