Never again Dis-chem Savannah mall Polokwane

Dis-Chem savannah mall Polokwane Worst Dis-Chem I have ever been to. First of all, I took my prescription to them and got the medication. Second time I have to get my medication, I went to another dischem and they could not find my prescription on the sistem so I had to drive to savannah mall to get my medication. When arriving the pharmacist who helped me couldn't even type in what I told him to type. I was in a hurry and he could still not find it so I asked my husband to get the manager, just for him to tell me he is not a pharmacist and can not assist me with this issue he will get someone else to help me. Fine someone else came to help and still did not find my prescription. They then told me to drive back home ( I live on a farm out of town ) and send them the number on the medication box so they could find the profile on the sistem. Good! drove home phoned them and found the profile drove back to platinumpark dischem because of the bad service from savannah. To dischem savanah mall I want to tell you, you need to send your staff for training. They definitely do not know how your sistem works and your manager does not have the s****s to help all clients, he can only help those who has a problem outside of the pharmacy. Thank you for your bad service I will most definitely not buy anything from dischem savannah again. Thank you to platinumpark dischem for great service every time.
