Negligent pharmacists

I had a bad experience. Wanted tablets for a pain in my arm and numbness in my hand. The trainee gave me tablets without asking a senior. Paid and went home. I was ill for 4 days. I have had a stroke earlier in the year and I did explain that. I use tablets for the stroke and my blood and my diabetes. When I went back to explain what happened the senior pharmacist just brushed it off and made it sound like it was my fault. I explained to him that if he told me rather see a doctor I would have accepted it. But the trainee gave me a tablet for fatigue and tiredness. I am not happy about the service as they want to refund me the money and make me buy other tablets. I don't feel this is helping me. I could not work from the 27th and I am a hairdresser so I had a loss of income.
