Negligence of the beautician

Good day

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Dischem, Despite my previous attempts to address the issues, I have not seen any resolution and I find it necessary to escalate the matter.

The nature of my complaint pertains to the negligence of beautician at the Dischem store in Meadowdale. The beautician waxed my upper lip four times therefater tried a different technique of waxing resulting to a terrible wax burn on my upper lip and scarring. I initially brought this matter to the attention of the store manager and the Skin Strategy Manager but unfortunately, no satisfactory resolution has been provided, and the problems persist. Please take into consideration the incident took place on the 6th January 2024.

I am still awaiting further feedback, it seems that Dischem does not take into consideration the pain and sufferring caused by their employee
