NEGLIGENCE IN PACKING&GIVING THE WRONG MEDS

I received a new script via email from my doctor, which I forwarded to the dispensary, the assistant on hand was Celeste. I asked her to give me only a week supply for the meds, but not to give the Plasmoquin, but to give me Azathioprine and Arava. She printed the label for Arava and filled the bottle with Plasmoquin. I only saw this when I went home. Then instead of writing that she gave me only a week, she wrote that she had given me 30 days supply. This created a problem when I needed to now claim form Medxpress. I had to now go back to Dischem, with the original script and get Hannetjie (the pharmasist) to sort it out on the system. Whilst she was loading the script correctly on the system, she now asked another assistant (Thulisile) to pick out medicine for a day so that I could have before claiming. She packed Veltex, Azapress and Arava for me, only when I got home, it wasnt Veltex in the box, but rather Venex. So I had to rush back to get this sorted out. The first error with the assistant, I put down to human error, however, this was pure negligence from the assistant's side. What if I was an uninformed patient and didn't know the difference? <br>
