Needs improvement

Okay, not complaining, but constructive criticism to them. They really need to up they delivery service. I ordered something and it looks like it was just put in the box and closed. No notification to say a delivery is out nothing. Please improve on that as you really lacking in that. As well as please improve on the website. Not really user friendly at all either.
