Need help with allocating points for large online purchase

Hello there, please can someone assist me in adding my points to my account for a large online order. I have submitted the request to an outlet nearby but they cannot unfortunately do it and it has been over a month. Just to let you know when you are on the mobile site it doesn’t give you an option to link to a loyalty card (Irrespective if you have the app as it redirects you to the mobile site in any case) but does allow you when you log in via desktop.
