Nappy needs

We need 9 packets of SOFTI XL adult nappy every month and its since van November 2019 until now August 2020 . We cant get the 9 packets at once always wait..the its 2 packets then 3 or 7..we must go up and down all the time ...My sister spoke to the management and he just busy on his cell phone and not even try to look at her.. We told them we need the 9 packets every month to make sure its in stock but they dont care. I feel it's not good management and dont care about there client's. The people on the floor try there best to help but the persons who order and manage the store dont care, if they do care they can try to help and contact us and make sure there is enough stock.
