My points forfeited

I decided to use my dischem points . but when i told the cashier that i wanted to use my points she said that the system said its locked and that i should go to customer service to sort out the problem. well i was already late and i decided i will go another time and pay cash for that purchase . i had about R61 something on that card .so one friday afternoon after work i went to centurion customer service and that lady that assisted me said that . my old card wasnt linked with my ID , so she had me fill out and form and said that she will fax everything to head office and they will convert the old points to the new card . she said i would get an sms stating that the points were moved .she took the old card and i waited and waited for the sms , until i decided to call their helpline and the lady told me there was absolutely no way of getting my points back as they cannot see any other card under my name . what would help would be to have an old slip with the old details . and i dont have it . after years of shopping there and finally trying to use the points this is what i get ..... thanks for nothing
