My order not delivered and no word from Dischem
I placed an order hours ago with Dischem. I was told my order is on it's way. Driver called me and told me he was lost. The next thing nothing. I have not received my order, when I went to the app it reflected that my order was returned. I still have not heard anything from Dischem regarding my refund or my order. I tried calling customer service, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and still no answer. I regret placing my order, please refund me ASAP..... od OLD212617

19 Dec 2024, 10:37My order was finally delivered around 7pm, 6 hours later. All that Dis-chem needed to do was update and give me feedback as to what was causing the delay. Communication with your customers goes a long way, a lot of complains can be avoided. Just keep your customers updated, instead of going silent when there's issues.
