Most of the time no stock Novalac Nr 3

Please help. Not sure if the milk producer is the problem or the purchaser from Dis Chem Glen Marais store. I have been there on numerous occassions not to find Novalac Blue Tin number 3. Always number 1 and 2 but rarely number 3. As it is only Dis Chem and Baby Boom and Baby City sells this milk. And Dis Chem is my closest store.
